Cowlings pure cherry vinegars have been produced since 2003. Two types are aged in oak: Fragrant and Spiced in 250ml bottles. Visitors to the packing shed are welcome to taste-test; the vinegar is quite unique. The vinegars are produced on the property and are Certified Organic by the ACO.
