Cherry growing has been in the Cowling family for four generations, since Thomas Cowling purchased Willow Glen in 1882. A variety of different fruits were originally grown on the property, but we now specialise in stone-fruit, mainly premium quality cherries. The current owner, John Cowling, is very interested in sustainable farming practices; the whole property is managed under organic certification. All the fruit is picked and packed on the property. The property is in a rural setting but is close to the Adelaide CBD.
